Organic shallot with the Latin name Allium Cepa is cultivated for its bulb and is part of the Amaryllidaceae family. FRDP has set up organic shallot cultivation channels with rigorously selected farmers. The fresh organic shallot is dried, peeled, washed, cut and IQF frozen.
