The onion with the Latin name Allium Cepa belongs to the family of Amaryllidaceae. FRDP has set up agricultural sectors in organic onions. Bulbs of onions are used both as a vegetable and condiment. After receiving it in the factory, fresh organic onions are washed, peeled, cut, then IQF frozen.
