Organic frozen Romanesco IQF
The organic Romanesco cabbage from its Latin name Brassica Oleraceal has the same color as broccoli and looks like a cauliflower due to its compact shape made up of pyramidal-shaped florets. After receiving it in the factory, the organic Romanesco cabbages are washed, cut, blanched, IQF frozen and then sized.
