Organic cauliflower is a variety of cabbage from the Brassicaceae family. FRDP has set up cultivation channels with cauliflower. Manual collection allows our producer to carry out several successive runs, in order to be able to guarantee optimal maturity of the organic cauliflowers. After receiving it in the factory, the organic cauliflowers are washed, cut, blanched, IQF frozen and then sized.
