Organic Broccoli, with its Latin name Bracchium, is a variety of cabbage from the Amaranthaceae family. FRDP has set up cultivation channels for broccoli. Manual picking will allow our producer to carry out several successive runs, in order to be able to guarantee optimal maturity of the organic broccoli. After receiving it in the factory, organic broccoli is washed, cut, blanched, IQF frozen and then sized.
