Jerusalem artichoke from its Latin name Helianthus Tuberosus belongs to the Asteraceae family. FRDP has set up agricultural channels to harvest these edible tubers. After receiving these at the factory, the organic Jerusalem artichokes are washed, peeled, cut, blanched and then IQF frozen.
