Organic frozen Chestnuts IQF
Organic Chestnuts with the Latin name Castanea Satina are Chestnut fruits, which belong to the Fagaceae family. The organic chestnuts are collected manually or mechanically by extraction by FRDP. When they reach the factory, the fruits are sorted and then sized. The chestnut is peeled after passing through the fire and abrasion, then re-sorted right before they are IQF frozen.
