Organic Butternut or Butternut squash from its Latin name Cucurbita Moschata is a variety of butternut from the Cucurbitaceae family. FRDP has set cultivation channels on Butternut. Manual collection will allow our producers to carry out several successive runs in order to be able to guarantee optimal maturity of the organic butternuts. After receiving it in the factory, the butternuts are washed, peeled, cut, blanched then IQF frozen.
