Rich in vegetable proteins, without any additives and GMO-free which is a guarantee, our organic vegetable mince is made from organic soy "made in France". This product is a result from a new manufacturing process which gives the vegetable mince a soft texture even after cooking at high temperature. Its specific process makes it possible to reduce the isoflavone content which is naturally present in soybeans.
