Organic Rhubarb is a perennial herbaceous plant from the Polygonaceae family. The rhubarb is harvested when it is ripe, in order to obtain very firm and dense stems. Once harvested, the organic rhubarb will be delivered to the factory to be sorted, washed, cut into two and IQF frozen.
