Organic Red Pepper is a variety of sweet pepper with the Latin name Capsicum Annuum. Pepper belongs to the Solanaceae family. FRDP has set up agricultural sectors in Spain for many years. The harvest is manual and allows you to make several runs in order to pick the peppers when they’ve grown well. After receiving it in the factory, the fresh peppers are seeded, washed, cut, blanched and then IQF frozen.
