Organic frozen pre-fried Eggplant IQF
Organic Eggplant by its Latin name Solanum Melongen belongs to the Solanaceae family. FRDP has set up organic eggplant cultivation channels. Manual picking will allow our producer to carry out several successive runs in order to be able to guarantee optimal maturity of the organic eggplants. After receiving it in the factory, the eggplants are washed, cut, pre-fried and then IQF frozen.
