Organic Eggplant by its Latin name Solanum Melongena belongs to the Solanaceae family. FRDP sets up organic eggplant cultivation channels. Manual picking shall allow our producer to carry out several successive runs, in order to be able to guarantee optimal maturity of the organic eggplants. After receiving it in the factory, the Eggplants are washed, cut, grilled and then IQF frozen.
