The organic carrot, Latin name Daucus Carota, comes from the Epiaceae family, is mainly cultivated for its root. FRDP has set up cultivation channels for carrots. After receiving these at the factory, organic carrots are washed, cut, blanched, crushed into a puree, refined and IQF frozen into rolls.
