Organic frozen Blackcurrant IQF
Blackcurrants from the latin name Ribs Nigrum are black berries from the Blackcurrant, shrubs which belong to the Grossulariaceae family. Once they are received at the factory, organic blackcurrants are approved, washed, destemmed, sorted and then IQF frozen. All the implemented procedures allow FRDP to offer a superior quality of destemmed berries.
