28-30 ° Brix tomato paste is made from organic tomatoes which are grown and harvested in the field. After harvesting, the tomatoes from organic farming are washed, crushed, heated, and sieved which allows removing the seed and skin of tomatoes. The tomato juice is concentrated to obtain a concentrated puree at 28-30° brix. The puree is sterilized and packaged in an aseptic bag, protected in 210 kg conical barrels.
