The organic Yellow Pepper is a variety of sweet pepper with the Latin name Capsicum annuum. Pepper belongs to the Solanaceae family. FRDP has set up agricultural sectors in Spain since many years. After manual harvesting, fresh organic peppers are delivered to the factory to be seeded, washed, cut, blanched and then IQF frozen.
