Mango, Latin name Mangifera Indica, is the fruit of the Mango tree, tropical tree of the Anacardiaceae family.
The manual picking of organic mangoes will allow our producers to carry out several successive runs in their fields, to guarantee optimal maturity of the organic mangoes.
Once received at the factory, the organic mangoes are approved, washed, peeled, pitted, chopped manually, then IQF frozen.
