FRDP selects varieties of organic potatoes which are suitable for cooking in vegetable oil, leading to crispy and smooth “fries” or “French fries”. After receiving organic potatoes in the factory, they are washed, cut, dried, pre-fried in organic vegetable oil, drained and then IQF frozen.
