Plum (Prunus Domestica L) is a fruit tree from the Rosaceae family, cultivated for its fruits, plums.
Plums are harvested when they are ripe, so that the fruit has a amber and sweet yellow flesh, and a purple skin, characteristic of the varieties we use. The fruits are approved, washed stems and leaves are removed, cut into two, pitted and IQF frozen.
