The organic leek of its Latin name Allium Ampeloprasum is a perennial herbaceous plant which belongs to the Amaryllidaceae family. FRDP has set up agricultural chains on its organic leeks. After receiving it in the factory, the fresh leeks are washed, cut, blanched or not, then IQF frozen.
